There are two categories of possibilities for obtaining implants with prosthesis.

1. Fixed prosthesis:
    a) Single crown
    b) Bridges

2. Removable prosthesis: 
    a) Double crown technique 
    b) Bar techniques: 
        Individually milled bar 
        Custom bar 
    c) Ball attachment
    d) Locator® anchoring system

In the case of a toothless upper jaw, there should be at least 6 implants available for the fixed constructions and at least 4 for removable cover dentures.


In the case of a toothless upper jaw, at least 4 implants should be inserted for the fixed constructions and at least 2 for removable cover dentures.

Strategically favourable allocation of implant in fixed prosthesis is a prerequisite.
