In case one or more teeth are missing and the formed space is surrounded by natural teeth, it is possible to seal this space using a bridge.

Cast bridge without facing

The cast bridge consists of only a metal (in our dental office only alloys bearing a high amount of gold will be used) and is made at a reasonable price. Its disadvantage is its unnatural colour and, therefore, it is only applied on posterior teeth.

Bridges with ceramic facing

Contrary to cast bridges without facings, the bridge with ceramic facing is an optically more aesthetic form of prosthesis. It consists of a metal framework that is entirely or partially covered with dental ceramics in the colour of tooth. The facing is coated on the metal in the colour and form customized for every patient.
