This time we set off to visit the picturesque Tuscany from October 22 to 26. Embedded in Maremma’s soft hill ranges covered with pine forests and vineyards, we experienced a true cultural and culinary richness. As we walked through the narrow streets of Montalcino and Siena, we were led to art treasures of unique beauty. Another real pleasure was visiting our friends – the artists Kurt Römhild and Francesco Falciani. Last but not least, the delicious local cuisine delighted our palates with its rich variety of Risotti and handmade Tortellini. Getting to know the taste of this charming region in most renowned wineries was just as delightful. |
